There are 25 of them. Media professionals of all categories: print, audiovisual, online news media operating in DR Congo. They were selected by the Chinese Embassy in the DRC to benefit from this training program in China, from August 13 to September 02 in Changsha City, Hunan Province.
Indeed, this training organized by the Professional Institute of Foreign Trade of Hunan and sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.

This 21-day seminar has the major objective of enabling DRC media professionals to acquire more comprehensive knowledge about China, its culture and especially the state of exploitation of Radio and Television in China.

Through this seminar, the organizer wants to demonstrate the development of the broadcasting industry of the country of Mao Zedong. An opportunity for these Congolese to discover the beauty and the Chinese civilization.

Finally, it is also an opportunity to lay a good foundation for cooperation and exchange between China and the DRC. A means of sharing experiences to encourage the practice of hard work, courage, unity and determination to play the role expected of them in the process of socio-economic development.

This seminar provides courses on the national situation of China; the current status and development characteristics of the radio and television industry in Hunan Province; marketing and promotion of radio-television; internationalized trend of radio-television packaging, to name but a few.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact with television station authorities and media in this province. Guided tours are also planned to link business with pleasure and promote tourism.
