DRC: more than 241 candidates compete at Vodacom EXETAT 2019 Grant
More than 241 candidates from all provinces, including 125 from Kinshasa, took part in the EXETAT 2019 Vodacom Scholarship Competition on Thursday 19 September 2019.
All pre-selected after registration on the « Vodaeduc » platform took part in this test, which took place at Vodasquare’s premises in the municipality of La Gombe.
In the end, Vodacom Congo will take charge of all the university studies from, and this, until the graduation of their university degree.
These candidates will be enrolled in the country’s top academic institutions in fields such as law, economics, computer science, communication sciences, engineering, mathematics and statistical sciences.
These scholarships are part of Vodacom’s policy and contribution to the Objectives of Sustainable Development, in its social inclusion component, according to which Vodacom Congo aims to transform the world into a community where no one is excluded because of their race, tribe or gender.
And to honour the winners of this competition, they will be presented to the general public at an official launch ceremony of the « Vodacom Bourse Exetat » in the presence of the Ministers of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education (EPST) and Higher and University Education (ESU).
