DRC : program 100 days, achievement rate exceeds 75% (Kamerhe)

The 100-day program has, to date, an achievement rate exceeding 75%. According to the chief of staff of the head of state, Vital Kamerhe, this level was reached simply thanks to the 40% of bill payments due to different providers. Which, according to him, is extraordinary.
« The spokesman of the President of the Republic will make, in the coming days, a big press point during which will distribute to you the program of the 100 days to tell you what was planned and what was done. He will also invite you, the journalists of Kinshasa, to a recovery through the city so that you realize achievements », he told the press on the sidelines of the European day celebrated in Kinshasa this May 8 2019.
During this same press conference, the spokesman of the Head of State will also have the opportunity to communicate to the people all the expenses that have been made so far but also the revenues earned.
To the chief of staff of the President of the Republic to clarify: « you will note three things: the rate of inflation has declined, monetary stability has been observed, the rate of economic growth has increased. But the most important is the balance of the balance of payments which is more than surplus. We are at 253 million US dollars in excess. «
This clearly means, according to Vital Kamerhe, that the budget deficit observed at the beginning of the year from last December has been absorbed. This thanks to the budgetary discipline introduced by the head of state by freezing certain expenses.
« The President of the Republic said that we now want transparency. We manage Congolese resources. The Congolese must be informed of what their resources have been affected. This is how the Central Bank of Congo will publish all the expenditure and the main macroeconomic indicators », he reassured.
Pending the appointment of the Prime Minister and his government, Felix Antoine Tshisekedi should not cross his arms. This is how he initiated this 100-day program by placing man as the main actor and beneficiary.
