The fifth edition of the Makutano Forum will be a catalyst for all African actors in a new economic era. It intends to mobilize experts and companies from different African and international countries. Objective: to discuss the innovative levers necessary for the growth and competitiveness of the DRC.
This annual event organized by the first Congolese business network « Makutano » will be held on September 6 and 7 in Kinshasa. According to the organizers, 500 entrepreneurs, opinion leaders, institutions, private and public actors from 20 African and international countries will take part.
« During the Makutano 2019, they will all be gathered around concrete and strategic themes to boost the DRC’s growth in the face of major global upheavals: artificial intelligence, climate change, energy transition, sustainable economy, etc. », the organizing committee said in an official statement to Zoom Eco.
Indeed, these exchanges will also focus on different themes such as: digitalisation, the innovative assets of the DRC, the sport business in Africa, contemporary African art, family businesses, subcontracting and insurance in the DRC, women in business, public / private partnerships in health, etc.
