Minister of Land Affairs Aimé-Guylain Molendo Sakombi is keen to establish exemplary governance based on talented people to bring about the change that the people expect in this sector. It is within this framework that it is currently examining the terms of a partnership with the Canadian Academy for Leadership and Human Capital Development (CANLEAD).
The objective of this collaboration is to equip and strengthen the skills of agents and managers on land management adapted to the economic and financial challenges of development in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Minister Molendo Sakombi and CANLEAD President and CEO Richard Martin discussed the outlines of this strategic partnership in an interview last weekend.

This approach by the Minister, says his cabinet, is in line with the mission entrusted to him by the Prime Minister, in accordance with the vision of the Head of State, Felix Antoine Tshisekedi, for the renewal of this sector and its leaders.
Hence, it requires for him to have benefited from the assistance of the trained collaborators to meet the challenge of modernizing the Congolese land sector, its security and reliability in the best interests of the Congolese people and the entire Nation.
