    The Fonds de promotion de l’industrie (FPI) has just banned taxable persons subject to the Taxe de promotion de l’industrie (TPI) from making their payments to banks and/or financial institutions in crisis. Without having formally mentioned them, some people think in particular of BIAC and CADECO.

    In an official statement (below) received by Zoom Eco, the deputy general manager of this public institution warns that any payment directed towards financial institutions in crisis will be considered nil and unproven and subject to recovery.
