Professor Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba is appointed, Prime Minister of the DRC. He is responsible for forming the FCC-CACH coalition government in accordance with the political agreement linking the two political platforms.

Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba circumscribes his priorities, according to the recommendation of the Head of State, which boils down to the improvement of the Congolese society.
